I was born in Salzburg/Austria in 1994 by two loving souls who gifted me a happy childhood ♡
As soon as I graduated school I followed my deep call to explore the world, which first brought me all across Europe, then to Westafrica and finally made me spend one year in India too. London was my home for a while in between before I started studying Illustration at the HAW in Hamburg, where I also rediscovered my passion for healing plants and gardening.

A second trip to Ghana followed, where I organized the Strong Roots Project in a school and also met my soulmate and life companion Diogo. Back in Europe we bumped straight into the lockdown which made us stay in rural Portugal and motivated us to collect seeds and learn about farming.

This simple way of living made us feel so complete, that once we could travel again, we went to explore permaculture farms and comunities studying the reality beyond the walls of modern society.

During that time we recorded the podcast series Yuramin – Guardians of the Land and slowly made our steps towards a selfsufficient life in nature. Nowadays we live in a simple self built house in a forest with only the most essencial things we need, opening our sences to the elements and wildlife surrounding us.

Aguabel is the name I give to my being, because water is the element I feel deeply connected to. Its purity and gently songs are my source of inspiration and creativity.
