Over the years, I've often heard people say things like, "I have no talent" or "I can't paint." This isn't true; instead, it's a belief that has been ingrained in us since childhood, often due to critical teachers, parents, friends, and ultimately, ourselves. I believe that by rediscovering our inner artist and embracing the joy of our creative process, we can begin to dissolve our judgmental thoughts and truly appreciate the magic of being present in the moment of creation.
This is when we learn to trust our intuition and allow our creativity to flow freely, this is when true art is being born.
